These Affiliate Partners Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the CodeKampfer Affiliate Partners program (“Program”) operated by CodeKampfer (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By registering as an Affiliate Partner (“you”, “Affiliate”), accessing the partner dashboard, or promoting your tracked link, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

CodeKampfer provides free online degree counseling and admission support. Affiliates refer prospective students using an assigned Partner ID and tracked admission landing link.

CodeKampfer remains solely responsible for counseling, university shortlisting guidance, and admission process management with students, subject to university and regulatory requirements.

Neither CodeKampfer nor Affiliates may charge students counseling or referral fees for this Program (see Section 5).

You must provide accurate identity, contact, and payment information and keep it updated.

One primary account per Affiliate unless CodeKampfer expressly approves otherwise. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.

CodeKampfer may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate Affiliate status at its reasonable discretion, including for policy violations or quality concerns.

You may promote CodeKampfer using your assigned link, QR code, and approved messaging. You must not misrepresent programs, fees, recognition, placements, or guarantees — including falsely claiming that counseling is paid.

Prohibited conduct includes: charging students for CodeKampfer counseling or referral; spam; misleading ads; fake reviews; bidding on CodeKampfer trademarks without written permission; scraping; incentivized fraud; or collecting student data under false pretenses.

You must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, IT, and data protection laws in India.

CodeKampfer does not charge students any counseling fee, guidance fee, or any other fee for CodeKampfer’s admission counseling services.

Affiliate Partners must not charge students any fee, commission, or payment for counseling, referral, form filling, or admission assistance related to CodeKampfer or this Program.

Affiliate earnings come only from CodeKampfer’s published commission on confirmed admissions. University tuition and official university fees (if any) are paid by the student to the university only, not to the Affiliate as a CodeKampfer counseling charge.

Charging students in violation of this clause is grounds for immediate suspension or termination and possible clawback of commissions.

Leads generated through your valid Partner ID / tracked link are attributed to you subject to our tracking and verification processes.

CodeKampfer may require lead verification. Duplicate phone numbers, invalid contacts, or leads that fail quality checks may be rejected.

Where attribution conflicts arise (for example multiple partners claiming the same student), CodeKampfer’s records and first valid attribution rules will control, unless we decide otherwise in writing.

Default commission: ₹1,000 (INR) per confirmed undergraduate admission (including BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA) and ₹1,500 (INR) per confirmed postgraduate admission (including MBA, MCA), unless a different written rate applies.

Commission is earned only upon confirmed admission of a student validly attributed to you. Clicks, inquiries, or unverified leads alone do not create a payment obligation.

Expected (pending) and paid (settled) amounts are reflected in the partner dashboard for transparency. Settlement timing depends on internal verification and operational cycles.

CodeKampfer may adjust rates for exceptional performers and will communicate material changes. We may withhold, adjust, or claw back amounts in cases of fraud, cancelled admissions, duplicate claims, or breach of these Terms.

Any applicable taxes or statutory deductions (including TDS) will be handled as required by law.

You participate as an independent contractor / marketing affiliate, not as an employee, agent, joint venture, or legal representative of CodeKampfer, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

You have no authority to bind CodeKampfer, collect fees on our behalf (unless expressly authorized), or issue offers that conflict with our counseling process.

Student and operational data accessed through the Program must be used only for legitimate Program purposes and protected against unauthorized disclosure.

You must not sell, misuse, or unlawfully process personal data of students or prospects obtained via the Program.

CodeKampfer name, logos, and materials remain our property. Limited permission is granted to use approved brand assets solely to promote the Program while you remain an active Affiliate in good standing.

Either party may end participation subject to notice as communicated by CodeKampfer’s operations team. We may suspend access immediately for suspected fraud or material breach.

On termination, you must stop using tracking links and brand assets. Legitimate commissions already earned for confirmed admissions remain subject to verification and these Terms.

Universities set their own eligibility, fees, and admission decisions. CodeKampfer does not guarantee admission, scholarships, or outcomes for any referred student.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeKampfer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from Program participation. Our aggregate liability related to the Program is limited to commissions unpaid but properly due for the three months preceding a claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms or Program policies. Material changes will be notified via email, dashboard notice, or updated program pages. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the jurisdiction of CodeKampfer’s principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
