1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available only for paid courses purchased directly through the CodeKampfer platform. To be eligible, you must request a refund within 7 days of your course purchase. Refund requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • You have completed more than 25% of the course.
  • You have downloaded course materials.
  • The course was purchased using a special promotion or discount coupon (unless otherwise stated).
  • You were removed from the platform due to a violation of the Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at contact@codekampfer.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Registered email address
  • Course name
  • Reason for requesting a refund

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method only. Any bank or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

codekämpfer reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
